Martha Béjar

As Corporate Vice President for the Communications Sector at Microsoft Corp., Martha Béjar is responsible for setting Microsoft’s strategy for and driving the sales and marketing of Microsoft® solutions and services for telecommunications, hosting, and media and entertainment companies.

A veteran telecommunications industry executive, Béjar served in many senior sales and executive roles at Nortel before coming to Microsoft, including: President of the Caribbean and Latin America (CALA) region; Vice President of North American Telco Sales; General Manager of Voice over IP solutions; General Manager of the Network Access Division; and GM, sales, for Latin America. Before Nortel, she held numerous technical and commercial positions at BellSouth Corp. and Bell Communications Research.

She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Miami and an MBA from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Fla. She also is a graduate of the Advanced Management Program at Harvard University Business School.

John Zanni

Managing Director of the Hosting Business at Microsoft. He is part of the Communications Sector group. He has been at Microsoft for 13 years. For the last 4 years he has been working with hosters ranging from mass shared hosters to ISVs who offer their custom software as a service; so that they can offer hosted services based on the Microsoft Windows Platform. Prior to this, John spent most of his Microsoft career in the Information Worker group creating and growing the Office Web sites, including Product Updates, Template Gallery and Office Download Center.

John has a B.S. in Physics and loves to cook and enjoy good wines.

Jon Roskill

Jon Roskill is the Corporate Vice President of the Business & Marketing Organization for Microsoft in the U.S. In that role he leads the teams responsible for all marketing activities for Microsoft's commercial products (everything except Xbox & MSN). Previously he was general manager of Developer and .NET Enterprise Server marketing at Microsoft, where he led a team responsible for the marketing and product management of the industry-leading Microsoft SQL Server database software, Microsoft's Internet server products – Commerce Server, BizTalk Server and Application Center – and the Microsoft family of component-based development tools, lead by Microsoft Visual Studio, together used by 85 percent of professional developers worldwide.

Roskill has worked at Microsoft since 1993. Prior to that, he was a marketing manager at Digital Equipment Corporation, where he worked on projects including the Digital AlphaPC and Digital's Fault Tolerant line of computers. He received a B.S.E.E. from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and an M.B.A. from Boston University.

Bob Kelly

A 10-year Microsoft Corp. veteran, Bob Kelly was promoted to the position of Corporate Vice President, Infrastructure Server Marketing in August 2007. He leads a team comprising more than 180 members, which resides in the Server and Tools Business (STB) organization. In this role, Kelly focuses on Microsoft’s overall infrastructure strategy worldwide in conjunction with the development, sales and evangelism teams. The infrastructure server marketing organization includes the marketing teams for Microsoft Management Solutions, Security and Access, Identity and Access, Windows Server, Windows Server Solutions and Solution Accelerators.

Kelly began his career at Microsoft with the Windows NT Server 3.51 marketing team, where he focused primarily on competitive marketing. He then transitioned to team lead and then to group manager of Windows NT Server and Windows 2000 Server marketing. Following the launch of Windows 2000 Server, Kelly helped form the company’s U.S. subsidiary. During that time, he managed the Infrastructure Server marketing team (Microsoft Windows, Exchange Server, Systems Management Server (SMS), Internet Security and Acceleration Server (ISA Server), Operations Manager (MOM), and Application Center), as well as the information technology professional and business value marketing teams.

Kelly then returned to serve as the general manager of the Windows Server Product Management team in March 2002. In this capacity, he oversaw the full array of marketing functions including business management, product planning, the Windows Server 2003 launch, public relations, analyst relations and competitive marketing strategy. Most recently, Kelly served as the general manager of infrastructure server marketing organization.

Kelly earned his master’s degree and doctorate in English literature from the University of Dallas.

Greg Urquhart
General Manager, US ISV & National SI Partners

As the General Manager for the ISV & National System Integrator (NSI) partner organization within the US Partner Group, Greg Urquhart leads the alignment of Microsoft's marketing, sales, and technical enablement activities for these important partners.

Before taking his current position, Urquhart was based in Paris as the EMEA MidMarket Director. During his tenure, the team delivered market-leading revenue growth, integrated the European Navision organization, and instituted a partner connected sales & marketing planning process for the region. Prior to that, he was HQ Regional Sales Manager for the Eastern US, leading the Inside Sales organization focused across Enterprise, MidMarket, & Solution Provider Partners. Before joining Microsoft in 1995, he held a variety of positions in sales, marketing and project management, with a particular focus on, and passion for, partner channels.

Urquhart graduated with honors from Westmont College in Santa Barbara with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology & Business, and attended the International Business Institute in Europe.

Erin TenWolde

Erin TenWolde leads IDC's Software as a Service (SaaS) research program and assists clients with their market intelligence needs through research, analysis, and custom consulting. She is responsible for forecasting the opportunity associated with SaaS as well as monitoring the trends impacting adoption of the delivery model. She has also conducted research on the developing SaaS ecosystem analyzing the emerging roles, numerous participants, and network characteristics.

Prior to this, Ms. TenWolde spent more than four years in the marketing department for IDC's Software, Integration, Development and Application Strategies (IDeAS), and Services Research organizations where she executed strategic marketing initiatives for over 40 of IDC's valued research programs.

Ms. TenWolde graduated summa cum laude from Northeastern University where she earned her Bachelors of Science degree in Organizational Communication and minor in Graphic Design.

John Rowell

Over the past decade, Mr. Rowell has held senior management positions with leading hosting, telecommunications, and Internet services companies. He has extensive experience building, operating, and managing complex global IT infrastructure systems that are able to scale to meet dynamic business requirements.

Prior to co-founding OpSource, Mr. Rowell led a team of over 500 people as Vice President of Operations for Metromedia Fiber Network (MFN). He was responsible for the delivery of managed services and the operation of the MFN data centers in the Americas, supporting leading enterprise customers including BP Amoco, Deutsche Bank, JP Morgan Chase, Microsoft, Paramount, and Sony. He joined MFN through the acquisition of SiteSmith, where he was Vice President of Operations.

Before joining SiteSmith, Mr. Rowell was Director of Enterprise Services for UUNET Technologies, where he led the team responsible for the design, implementation, and ongoing support of large-scale enterprise environments in an outsourced model. Clients included AutoNation, Disney, The Go Network, Levi Strauss, Marriott International, mySap.com, Sony Playstation, and Symantec.

Mr. Rowell holds a B.S. from the University of Alabama and attended the masters program for engineering management at George Washington University.

Mark H. Corley

Mark Corley is a senior marketing executive in the Microsoft Business Solutions Division, which provides financial, customer relationship, and supply chain management applications for small and mid-sized organizations and for divisions of large enterprises.

Mr. Corley is responsible for building Microsoft’s global Software + Service business for the Dynamics CRM product line – the delivery of sales force automation, customer service and marketing automation solutions directly over the Internet via hosting service providers. He is also responsible for managing all channel strategy activities and helping grow the CRM practices of its various business partners, including Value Added Resellers, System Integrators, Outsourcers, Independent Software Vendors (ISV) and Hosters.

Prior to joining Microsoft, Mr. Corley worked for KPMG Consulting Inc. (now BearingPoint) where he became managing director in the high-tech practice and lead partner for the Microsoft account, overseeing all consulting services provided by KPMG Consulting to Microsoft. Before this he was Chief Executive Officer of Los Angeles-based Select One, where he designed and deployed a lead-generation and prospect-qualification system for an IT consulting organization.

Mr. Corley holds an MBA degree from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science degree in International Management and Finance from Georgetown University.
